See a provider online and visit The Urgency Room for your test with minimal wait.

Virtual Visit Process:

  • Choose a location and select a time to conduct a virtual visit with an Urgency Room provider

  • Check your email.  Your confirmation email will include a link to your virtual provider via desktop or mobile app

  • If you do not receive an email, call the facility you are scheduled to resend your confirmation instructions

  • Check-in online 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to register and complete your visit with the provider

  • Visit The Urgency Room to conduct your rapid COVID test, you must complete a virtual visit to receive the test

  • You will be notified when your results are available

  • Virtual visits are for rapid COVID tests only and are available by appointment only through our website, you cannot request a visit through the application alone.


How to Get Started:

Click the Book Appointment button below and complete the following:

  • Select Location
  • Select the number in your group ***members must be a part of the same household, limit 4 appointments per time slot
  • Select Virtual Provider Visit -Rapid COVID Testing

  • Select the number in your group ***members must be a part of the same household, limit 4 appointments per time slot
  • Select today's date (same-day appointments are allowed)
  • Select your preferred time
  • Follow the instructions in your confirmation email to meet with a provider virtually

You will receive a confirmation message with instructions to start your virtual visit with a provider.  If you do not receive an email confirmation as shown below, your registration was not completed.
